In case you haven't already seen the news (or haven't been emailed about this!) Kylie Minogue received her OBE on Thursday 3 July, 2008 at Buckingham Palace.

Before she entered Buckingham Palace she was greeted by SRCY Member Douglas Bell doing his "day job". The following snap has already appeared on the BBC website as well as Reuters, and doubtless several other media agencies.
